School Chess at Educational Chess


Educational Chess offers chess lessons in schools, and to parents and educators. Locally, we cover the Orange County and Los Angeles, California area.
We have taught and promoted chess since 1990 and have helped thousands of individuals learn chess at all levels- from the beginning to the advanced level for the non-tournament players, and up to the 1800 level for the tournament players.

We have taught children as young as four and up to the high school level. And of course, we have also helped parents and educators learn how to play chess and about chess strategy.

Our chess classes are taught by a chess expert who has participated in numerous tournaments, has a national chess rating and an international rating, and who has been teaching chess since 1990. And we take pride in the fact that we choose to offer quality chess training over quantitiy like many other organizations who offer mediocre learning. We believe in education, so we keep the integrity of learning alive by offering the best.

Most of our competitors hire college kids- we have an experienced chess master and teacher who helps children learn chess well. There is a big difference- our students are far more advanced and learn a lot more.
We make sure they are always challenged and keep learning.
